Are tickets for the 31st Charity Wine Auction only available online?
Yes, tickets can only be purchased online. There are no tickets available at Willow Park Wines & Spirits in-store location.
Will I be required to show my QR code ticket(s) to enter the event?
Yes. All guests will be required to show their tickets or QR codes at check-in. Please save your tickets to your phone, add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, or print a physical copy.
How do I transfer my ticket(s) to another person?
- Click the ‘View’ button.
- Click the ‘Transfer Ticket’ button.
- Fill in the form with your first name, last name, and email.
- Click the ‘Transfer Ticket’ button.
- The ticket will be canceled and a new ticket with QR code will be sent to your recipient’s email.
- If the recipient does not receive the new ticket in their inbox, please ask them to check their junk or spam folders.

When will I receive confirmation for my ticket(s)?
You should receive a ticket confirmation email right away. If the email does not appear in your main inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If you experience any issues, please contact the Charity Wine Auction Support Team at info@cwayyc.ca.
How do I add my ticket(s) to Apple Wallet Pass?
- Under the ‘View’ button, click ‘Download Apple Wallet Pass.’
- Click the ‘Add’ button.
- Open your Apple Wallet Pass app to view your tickets.
I want to cancel my ticket(s), how do I get a refund?
General Admission Tickets ONLY are refundable or exchangeable up to five (5) days prior to each event. Please contact the Charity Wine Auction Support Team at info@cwayyc.ca.
When is the deadline to transfer my ticket(s) to another person?
Tickets must be transferred before the event begins. With our QR code system, tickets can be transferred with ease instantly.
What is the dress code for the 31st Charity Wine Auction?
This year’s theme is Oz—an elevated spin on the highly-acclaimed Wizard of Oz movie. The event is gala attire, meaning you can dress to the nines in black tie tuxedos and gala/cocktail dresses, or you are welcome to lean into the theme. As the Charity Wine Auction is a formal event we ask you do not arrive in casual attire or jeans.
I’m unable to attend the 31st Charity Wine Auction, how else can I donate?
Donations can be made through raffles, personal pledges, and bidding on the online Silent Auction, which will run from Sunday, October 13 to Sunday October 27, 2024.
Donations can also be made directly to each beneficiary through the online auction website.

How do I receive a tax receipt if I donate cash?
All tax receipt requests must be submitted by October 31, 2024 for acceptance into the 2024 tax season. Please contact info@cwayyc.ca for more information.
