The Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation has opened the centre for Adolescent Mental Health, providing a range of comprehensive services, including a walk-in clinic, intensive outpatient therapy, and a community-based day hospital. Through this integrated approach, the center aims to empower families by helping them identify, plan for, and effectively manage their children's mental health concerns, thereby working towards preventing crises.

Hospice Calgary Children's Grief Centre is a program in Southern Alberta dedicated to providing support to children and teenagers, aged 5-19, and their families who are experiencing grief and bereavement. Whether it be before or after the loss, the center offers guidance and assistance to help them navigate through this difficult process.

Are tickets for the 30th Charity Wine Auction only available online?
Yes. There are no tickets available at Willow Park Wines & Spirits.
Will I be required to show my QR code ticket(s) to enter the event?
Yes. All guests will be required to show their tickets or QR codes at check-in. Please save your tickets to your phone, add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, or print a physical copy.
How do I transfer my ticket(s) to another person?
- Click the ‘View’ button.
- Click the ‘Transfer Ticket’ button.
- Fill in the form with your first name, last name, email and phone number.
- Click the ‘Transfer Ticket’ button.
- The ticket will be canceled and a new ticket with QR code will be sent to your recipient’s email or phone.
- If the recipient does not receive the new ticket in their inbox, please ask them to check their junk or spam folders.

When will I receive confirmation for my ticket(s)?
You should receive a ticket confirmation email right away. If the email does not appear in your main inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If you experience any issues, please contact the Charity Wine Auction Support Team at info@cwayyc.ca.
How do I add my ticket(s) to Apple Wallet Pass?
- Under the ‘View’ button, click ‘Download Apple Wallet Pass.’
- Click the ‘Add’ button.
- Open your Apple Wallet Pass app to view your tickets.
Please note, older iPhones may not be compatible with Apple Wallet Pass.
I want to cancel my ticket(s), how do I get a refund?
General Admission Tickets ONLY are refundable or exchangeable up to five (5) days prior to each event. Please contact the Charity Wine Auction Support Team at info@cwayyc.ca.
When is the deadline to transfer my ticket(s) to another person?
There is no deadline to transfer tickets, as long as it is completed before the event begins. With our QR code system, tickets can be transferred with ease instantly.
What should I wear to the 30th Charity Wine Auction?
Great question! This year’s theme is WONDERLAND — an elevated spin on the highly-acclaimed 2010 Alice in Wonderland movie. The event is gala attire, meaning you can dress to the nines in black tie tuxedos and gala/cocktail dresses, or, you are welcome to lean into the theme of the characters and patterns.
I’m unable to attend the 30th Charity Wine Auction, how else can I donate?
- Donations can be made through raffles and personal pledges and bidding on the online Silent Auction, which will run from Sunday, October 8 to Sunday October 22, 2023.
- Donations can also be made directly to each beneficiary through the online auction website.

How do I receive a tax receipt if I donate cash?
If a cash donation is made, the tax receipt will be issued to the name, email and address put in for billing at the time of the donation. To receive a tax receipt for your donation you must have a clear record of the donation. Once the donation is made, you must request an official tax receipt from the charity. In the case of the 30th Charity Wine Auction, the charity providing tax receipts is the Calgary Co-op Community Foundation.
All tax receipt requests must be submitted by October 23, 2023 for acceptance into the 2024 tax season. Please contact info@cwayyc.ca for more information.
